Rarely do people find themselves in situations where they are satisfied with the amount of storage they have in their home. This is where we come in. Many people downsize when they move or simply want their new home to be clutter free. Or they must move out of their current house by a certain date, but their new home is under construction and is not ready for the furniture and other items. Our goal is to make the storage process as easy on our clients as possible.
Managed storage is a storage service that we offer. Unlike self-storage or mini storage companies we do all the lifting and organizing into the unit. This will assure that you do not hurt yourself lifting heavy or awkward items, and our movers are also trained to use the storage unit’s space as efficiently as possible.
Your inventory is stored in vaults that measure 5ft x 7ft x 8ft. For oversized items we use a state of the art racking system alongside your vaults. A copy of a detailed inventory list is left with every client and can also be emailed. This inventory list is perfect for when you want to retrieve any specific item.
Our delivery services can be arranged to deliver all items in your inventory, and we will place your items where you want them with the same care that we used to insert your items into the vaults. If you only need a small amount of items out of storage you can either arrange for delivery or if you prefer you can come to our facility and retrieve your items during business hours with 24 hour notice. To ensure that only authorized visitors are allowed to enter the facility we perform ID checks at the front desk. And our personnel are also present at the loading docks at all times during operating hours and will assist in the retrieval of your items.
Regarding our storage facilities, they are made of cement and steel, well lit, conform to current fire and building codes and are equipped with monitored sprinkler and burglar alarm systems.
